Fondasyon Chanje Lavi (FCL) is a Christian organization dedicated to sustainable development, apolitical and non-profit, aiming to contribute to the comprehensive transformation of the poorest and most vulnerable individuals and communities in the country while creating conditions to foster social and economic transformation through local initiatives. It was established in January 2016.
